Policies:
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be accepted if cancelled 5 days prior to reserved date or if the room can be re-rented. Otherwise a fee will be charged per night of reserved nights. The only exception will be if the room has been reserved within the 5 day period of the reservation.
NO SMOKING IN ROOMS!!!!
Smoking will be allowed on outside decks or in your car. A $35.00 charge will be added to your bill or credit card if this rule is broken.
NO PETS ALLOWED!
